Our products are natural and Ayurvedic and should be used as per suggested dosage or direction. The company is not liable for any allergic reaction or misuse. Always consult a physician or certified Ayurvedic practitioner for medical concerns. Results may vary from person to person due to individual body types and conditions.
2. Intellectual Property
All content, logo, brand names like “Indiness” and “Makhana Monk”, packaging design, and product formulations are intellectual property of Indiness Overseas Pvt. Ltd. any unauthorized copying, resale, or misuse is subject to legal action under applicable IP laws.
3. Ordering & Pricing
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Orders once placed are processed only after payment confirmation (unless COD is offered).
- We reserve the right to accept or cancel orders due to stock issues, logistics limitations, or technical errors.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We strive to deliver all products within 5–7 working days (India) and 15–20 working days (International).
- Delays due to natural calamities, strikes, or third-party logistics are beyond our control.
