At Indiness Overseas, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of food products, we maintain strict quality and safety standards.

Returns

As our products are consumable food items, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Refunds & Replacements

A refund or replacement may be provided in the following cases:

  • Product received in damaged condition
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Missing item in the order
  • Product received with broken seal or packaging

Reporting an Issue

Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at indinessoverseas@gmail.com along with:

  • Order Number
  • Product Images
  • Description of the issue

Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Taste preferences
  • Orders reported after 48 hours of delivery
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
